- Filling part
The filling unit of the oil filling machine adopts flowmeter or piston technology to accurately fill edible oil, cooking oil, or lubricant into containers. It is specially designed for different viscosities of oil and ensures precise volume control with high stability. The contact parts are made of SUS304/316 stainless steel, meeting food-grade hygienic standards. The anti-drip nozzles guarantee clean and efficient filling without leakage.
- Capping part
The capping unit automatically sorts, sterilizes, and places caps onto bottles or jerry cans, followed by precise tightening to ensure a secure and leak-proof seal. The system is compatible with plastic screw caps, press-on caps, or customized closures. With adjustable torque control, the capping station guarantees consistent sealing quality for different bottle sizes and shapes.
